I'm sure it doesn't :-) I'm trying not to believe in the 42C heat we've been having here, but to no avail there either.

I once had a D&D character based on the idea of "I roll to disbelieve." He just didn't believe in magic, so strongly that he had an area of effect.

He also had a magic sword that killed ghosts really effectively, but he couldn't see them, so he'd flail around at the air while the rest of his group yelled, "LEFT! NO, YOUR *OTHER* LEFT! UP! UP! UP NO NOW DOWN!" trying to get him to hit the ghosts. :D

Heeheehee in the GURPS IOU sourcebooks they introduced the Mundane advantage, which sounds a lot like your character - where the character had a reality warping effect where Aliens would be replaced by someone in a suit within their area of effect and flying supers would suddenly end up being dangled from a crane. Furthermore anyone having the advantage was expected to really not believe that these things could happen - it would be nice but no they just don't. I always wondered how it was they could end up at Illuminati University in the first place.

Because ironically that level of disbelief/mundanity is magical in and of itself. :D
